dLocal Q2 2026 TPV jumps 92%, lifts full-year guidance
Latin America-focused fintech dLocal reported a 92% surge in total payment volume for Q2 2026, prompting an upward revision to its full-year outlook amid broad growth across key markets.

Latin America’s digital payments provider dLocal Ltd. reported a 92% year-over-year increase in total payment volume (TPV) for the second quarter of 2026, outpacing prior expectations and driving a revised upward guidance for the full year.
The company’s Q2 2026 TPV reached $3.2 billion, up from $1.7 billion in the same period a year earlier, according to preliminary slides reviewed by Reuters. Revenue growth followed a similar trajectory, rising 85% to $280 million, while adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) expanded 78% to $110 million.
dLocal attributed the performance to sustained demand across its core markets, including Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina, where cross-border and domestic payment volumes both accelerated. The company also highlighted increased adoption of its unified payments platform by enterprise clients in retail, e-commerce, and financial services sectors.
In response to the stronger-than-anticipated growth, dLocal raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $1.1 billion to $1.15 billion, up from its prior forecast of $950 million to $1 billion. Adjusted EBITDA guidance was similarly increased to $420 million–$450 million from $350 million–$380 million.
Analysts noted that the upward revision reflects not only volume growth but also improved monetization across dLocal’s merchant network. The company’s adjusted EBITDA margin expanded to 39% in Q2, compared with 36% in the prior-year period, signaling operational leverage.
dLocal’s shares, listed on the Nasdaq under the ticker “DLO,” have gained roughly 15% since the start of 2026, outperforming broader Latin America-focused fintech peers amid renewed investor confidence in the region’s digital payments sector.
The company is scheduled to release detailed financial results for Q2 2026 on August 14, following market close.
