Desert Control (NASDAQ: DSRT) reported a 500% year-over-year increase in Tier 1 technical pilots between November 2025 and August 2026, driving a sevenfold rise in its 2026 revenue target to $2 million. The company’s full-year guidance, maintained from earlier projections, reflects a tenfold increase from 2024 revenue of $200,000 and a sevenfold jump from 2025’s $300,000.
Total projects reached 50, up 317% from 12 in 2025, with unique customers increasing 209% to 34. Agriculture projects surged 583% to 41, while golf and landscape projects tripled to nine. The company’s realizable pipeline is estimated at $56 million based on pilot activity through August 2026, with 89% of projected 2026 revenue expected from U.S. direct sales and project deliveries.
Field trials demonstrated significant yield and efficiency gains. A Salinas Valley romaine trial showed a 29.8% increase in harvestable yield and a 33% improvement in water-use efficiency, while a 5.5-acre follow-up trial delivered a 21.7% yield increase. Permanent orchard crops on marginal ground in the Americas recorded a 97% yield increase, and date palm trials in the Middle East achieved 46% water savings with improved fruit quality. Sports turf projects reported water savings of 30% to 60%.
Management highlighted operational milestones, including the April 2026 appointment of Mike Canady as Chief Scientific Officer. The company’s addressable acreage grew from zero in November 2025 to 66,000 by August 2026. CEO James Thomas stated that "LNC works, and that it works more consistently and with greater potential every month." Board Chair Lars Eismark noted that "the share price does not reflect the value and potential of Desert Control," adding that the company must "earn investor trust in current market conditions."
Desert Control’s stock traded at $0.31, near its 52-week low of $0.30, as of the report’s publication on August 19, 2026. The company’s financial runway extends through Q3 2027 following a recent rights issue.
