Dave & Buster’s Entertainment Inc. announced a series of executive leadership changes, including the appointment of Amanda Busby as chief operating officer and Rachel Morgan as chief legal and administrative officer.
Busby, who joined the company this month, previously served as COO and president of operational excellence at SSP America, overseeing more than 450 restaurants across nearly 60 airports in North America. She spent 19 years at Red Robin, where she held the position of vice president of operations, supervising 230 restaurants.
Morgan was promoted to chief legal and administrative officer and corporate secretary, expanding her responsibilities to include legal and human resources. She had previously served as executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary at Nexstar Media Group.
Aldo Rosales was promoted to chief strategy and revenue officer, having previously worked as global head of strategy and operations at QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, and as an associate partner at McKinsey & Co. Jeremy Tucker joined as chief marketing officer, bringing prior experience from AutoNation and Planet Fitness, while Kevin Fish was appointed chief technology and digital officer, having held senior leadership roles at Wingstop and Pizza Hut.
Derek Sample was named chief accounting officer, previously serving in the same capacity at Six Flags Entertainment Corporation. The appointments follow the company’s existing executive leadership, including CEO Darin Harper.
Dave & Buster’s operates 250 units across North America under two brands: 184 Dave & Buster’s locations in 43 states, Puerto Rico, and Canada, and 66 Main Event units in 24 states. The company’s shares closed at $10.25 on Aug. 21, up 4.06%, before slipping 0.39% in after-hours trading to $10.21.
