CQS New City High Yield Fund Limited said it will issue 2 million ordinary shares at 50.5 pence each for cash, raising approximately £1.01 million.
The transaction, agreed on August 28, 2026, will be executed via the fund’s blocklisting facility and settle on September 2, 2026. Upon completion, the fund’s total issued share capital will rise to 717,001,858 ordinary shares, with no shares held in treasury.
The fund’s total voting rights will also increase to 717,001,858, aligning with Financial Conduct Authority disclosure rules for shareholder calculations. Investment management is handled by Manulife CQS Investment Management, while BNP Paribas S.A., Jersey Branch serves as company secretary and administrator. Singer Capital Markets LLP acts as broker for the issuance.
