CQS New City High Yield Fund Limited, a London-based closed-end fund, will issue 2 million ordinary shares at 50.5 pence each through its blocklisting facility for cash, according to a company announcement.
The issuance is scheduled for September 2, 2026, with an agreement date set for August 28, 2026. Following the transaction, the fund’s total issued share capital will rise to 717,001,858 ordinary shares, with no shares held in treasury. The total voting rights will correspondingly increase to 717,001,858, aligning with the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules for shareholder interest notifications.
Manulife CQS Investment Management serves as the fund’s investment manager, while BNP Paribas S.A., Jersey Branch, acts as company secretary and administrator. Singer Capital Markets LLP has been appointed as the broker for the issuance.
