Coca-Cola Europacific Partners plc (CCEP) repurchased a total of 258,500 ordinary shares during a five‑day window that ran from August 31 to September 4. The buyback was executed by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Goldman Sachs International and their affiliates on both U.S. and London trading venues.
Of the shares bought, 200,000 were acquired on U.S. venues and 58,500 on the London Stock Exchange. All repurchased shares are slated for cancellation, reducing the company’s outstanding share count.
Pricing on the U.S. side ranged from a low of $105.60 per share on September 4 to a high of $109.27 on September 3. The most active day was September 4, when 60,000 shares were bought at a volume‑weighted average price of $106.12. In London, the price band was £78.40 to £80.65 per share.
The repurchase forms part of a broader share‑buyback programme announced on February 17, 2026, which authorises up to €1 billion of ordinary shares to be bought back. Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners is listed on Euronext Amsterdam, NASDAQ, the London Stock Exchange and the Spanish exchanges, and is a constituent of the NASDAQ‑100 and FTSE 100 indices.
