C1 Fund Inc. disclosed $41.3 million in investments across 11 digital asset-related companies as of June 30, according to its latest report. The fund, which trades on the New York Stock Exchange, focuses on secondary shares of late-stage private firms within its C1 30 universe, covering blockchain infrastructure, custody services, trading platforms and developer tools.
The portfolio’s largest holdings include Ripple Labs Inc., which accounted for 17.49% of net assets, and Payward Inc., the parent company of Kraken exchange, at 16.92%. The fund realized a 141.5% return on a portion of its Ripple stake over a four-month period, following a partial stock buyback by Ripple.
C1 Fund added four new positions in 2026: Polymarket, Fireblocks, Uphold and BitGo. BitGo completed its IPO in January 2026, while Kraken and Blockchain.com have submitted confidential IPO filings. The fund raised $53.3 million in net proceeds during its own IPO, which began trading on August 7, 2025.
Between January 29 and July 23, 2026, C1 Fund repurchased and canceled 249,300 shares at a cost of $824,440 under a board-approved buyback program. Executive Director Dr. Najam Kidwai emphasized the fund’s continued focus on digital asset infrastructure, citing potential demand from AI-driven commerce applications.
