Brightline Interactive Inc. (NASDAQ: BTLN) said on Wednesday it will team with Computer Systems Center Incorporated (CSCI) to deploy its SpatialCore platform at the LIFTOff Louisiana test site under the Federal Aviation Administration’s eVTOL Integration Pilot Program.
Under the agreement, Brightline will serve as a subcontractor to CSCI, integrating SpatialCore to ingest and fuse operational data from uncrewed aircraft systems, eVTOL aircraft, radar, and sensors into a unified airspace picture. The platform was developed over four years in collaboration with the U.S. Navy and leverages open data standards adopted by NVIDIA and Apple for interoperability across AI systems, sensors, and digital twins.
The deployment at LIFTOff Louisiana represents the first civilian application of SpatialCore outside the defense sector. CSCI, a woman-owned small business based in Springfield, Virginia, will oversee the project as part of its longstanding government contracting work in cybersecurity, systems engineering, and risk management, with more than 39 years of experience in the field.
Tyler Gates, President and CEO of Brightline, said the initiative addresses growing airspace complexity as traditional aircraft, helicopters, drones, and eVTOL vehicles share the same corridors. "Keeping that traffic moving safely and efficiently depends on every one of those systems working from the same understanding of the world around them," Gates stated.
The FAA’s eVTOL Integration Pilot Program aims to accelerate the safe deployment of Advanced Air Mobility vehicles within the National Airspace System, with LIFTOff Louisiana serving as one of several designated test sites.
