Birkenstock Holding Ltd. shares surged 6.6% in pre-market trading on Monday after the footwear company reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 results that topped revenue expectations and raised its full-year outlook.
The company posted revenue of €719.5 million for the quarter, ahead of analyst projections. Management also lifted its full-year 2026 revenue growth target to 15% in constant currency terms, while adjusting adjusted EBITDA guidance higher. Earnings per share fell modestly short of consensus estimates.
The stock’s advance follows a mid-August pullback to near its 52-week low, driven by investor concerns over dilution from a large secondary share offering. A concurrent accelerated share repurchase program has since provided support by reducing the free float and reinforcing management’s confidence in the business.
Analysts have largely maintained positive ratings on the stock. Goldman Sachs, Stifel, William Blair, and JPMorgan have reiterated or initiated buy-equivalent ratings in recent weeks, with the consensus rating designated as strong buy. The median price target among covering firms remains well above current levels.
Birkenstock’s pre-market rally occurred against a backdrop of mixed broader U.S. equity performance, with the S&P 500 fractionally lower and the Nasdaq modestly softer. The outperformance underscored the company’s stock-specific momentum following the results release.
