BioHarvest Sciences Inc. said it will list its shares on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by Sept. 8, completing a dual listing alongside its existing NASDAQ trading. The company, headquartered in Vancouver with operations in Rehovot, Israel, will make 22,667,842 ordinary shares available for trading on the TASE under the symbols BHST and בהסט.
The dual listing follows the company’s filing of the required documentation and is scheduled to begin trading on Sept. 8, according to an announcement dated Sept. 3. BioHarvest also disclosed that up to 4,516,021 additional ordinary shares may be issued under its stock incentive plan, while 610,742 shares are issuable upon the exercise of outstanding warrants.
Dr. Zaki Rakib, chief executive officer, described the move as a natural step for the company given its Israeli origins. The listing is intended to broaden access to BioHarvest’s shares and strengthen ties with local investors, he said in a statement.
BioHarvest operates as a contract development and manufacturing organization in the botanical synthesis sector, producing plant-based compounds for clients and developing its own nutraceutical products. The company’s proprietary technology platform underpins its CDMO and proprietary product pipeline.
Future regulatory filings will be submitted in parallel to the U.S. SEC’s EDGAR system and Israel’s MAGNA Disclosure System, the company said.
