The firm also has 269,521 restricted share units and 1,681,624 shares remaining available for future grants under the incentive program.
BioHarvest Sciences, an Israeli-founded botanical synthesis technology company, develops plant-based compounds through its proprietary platform. The firm operates as a contract development and manufacturing organization, producing plant-based compounds for customers while also advancing its own nutraceutical products. CEO Dr. Zaki Rakib described the dual listing as a "natural step" to broaden shareholder access and strengthen ties with the Israeli investment community.
The company will synchronize all future U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings via the MAGNA Disclosure System, ensuring consistent disclosure practices across both exchanges.
