BioAffinity Technologies Inc. said it has priced a $4 million private placement offering of common stock and warrants.
The biotechnology company, which develops early-stage diagnostic technologies, said the funds will be used to advance its pipeline and for general corporate purposes. Terms of the offering were not disclosed.
Private placements are typically conducted with institutional investors or accredited individuals and do not require public registration. The company did not specify the number of shares or the exercise price of the warrants.
BioAffinity, based in San Antonio, Texas, focuses on developing diagnostic tools for conditions including cancer and autoimmune diseases.
