The vested awards were settled on August 21, with each executive selling a portion of their holdings at A$65.18 per share to cover tax liabilities. All sales were executed on the exchange, while acquisitions were conducted outside a trading venue.
Brandon Craig, Chief Executive Officer, received 29,756 shares through the Management Award Plan and Cash and Deferred Plan. He sold 14,235 shares at A$65.18 per share.
Jessica Farrell, President Americas, obtained 16,196 shares via the Management Award Plan and disposed of 7,750 shares at the same price. Vandita Pant, Chief Financial Officer, received 54,593 shares under the Long Term Incentive Plan Award and Cash and Deferred Plan, subsequently selling 17,676 shares at the stated price.
