Avolta has extended long-term duty-free contracts at four Mexican airports: Guadalajara, Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos and Bajío. The agreements preserve the retailer’s access to the four locations, which together handle more than 30 million passengers a year.
Avolta said on Tuesday that it also plans to open at least three additional duty-free stores at each of Guadalajara and Puerto Vallarta as part of terminal expansion projects at the two airports.
