Cathie Wood’s ARK Investment Management disclosed a series of trades across its exchange-traded funds on Tuesday, including a $13.21 million purchase of Rocket Lab Corp shares and a $1.86 million reduction in its Advanced Micro Devices Inc. position.
The trades, published for Aug. 18, 2026, were executed through ARK’s flagship ARKK ETF and other funds. ARKK acquired 160,890 shares of Rocket Lab (NASDAQ: RKLB), representing roughly $13.21 million in exposure. The firm also sold 3,679 shares of AMD (NASDAQ: AMD) via its ARKW ETF, a second consecutive day of reductions in the semiconductor holding.
Additional adjustments included a $7.44 million sale of Shopify Inc. (NYSE: SHOP) shares through ARKK and a $2.12 million reduction in 10X Genomics Inc. (NASDAQ: TXG) holdings across ARKK and ARKG ETFs. ARK also trimmed its position in Illumina Inc. (NASDAQ: ILMN) by selling 32,648 shares, valued at $8.84 million.
On the buy side, ARK increased exposure to Ionis Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: IONS) by purchasing 26,246 shares through ARKG, a $1.54 million commitment. The firm also added to holdings in Cloudflare Inc. (NYSE: NET) and Tempus AI Inc. (NASDAQ: TEM), acquiring 2,996 and 35,501 shares respectively. ARK reduced its stake in CareDx Inc. (NASDAQ: CDNA) by selling 21,947 shares.
ARK’s latest round of trades follows a pattern of active portfolio rebalancing across its ETF suite, with a focus on emerging growth sectors including aerospace and genomics.
