ARK Investment Management disclosed a round of trades on Thursday, Aug. 20, 2026, reflecting shifts across its flagship ETFs. The manager purchased 47,092 shares of BWX Technologies Inc. (NYSE: BWXT) across ARKK, ARKQ and ARKX, committing $7.64 million to the nuclear components and services provider.
The firm also added positions in four other companies. Perceptive Capital Solutions Corp. (NASDAQ: FRNM) saw 46,141 shares added to the ARKG ETF for $628,901. Futu Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: FUTU) received 10,577 shares in ARKF, totaling $1.16 million, while Securitize Corp. (NASDAQ: SECZ) was acquired with 14,751 shares for $88,948.
On the sell side, ARK reduced exposure to Roblox Corp. (NYSE: RBLX), offloading 163,494 shares through ARKK for $6.33 million. The transaction follows a prior day’s sale of more than 500,000 Roblox shares. Shopify Inc. (NYSE: SHOP) was trimmed by 34,835 shares across ARKK and ARKF, valued at $5.11 million. Additional reductions included 65,922 shares of 10X Genomics Inc. (NASDAQ: TXG) for $4.10 million, 2,528 shares of Deere & Co (NYSE: DE) and 9,930 shares of Brera Holdings PLC (NASDAQ: SLMT).
