Cathie Wood’s ARK Investment Management disclosed a fresh round of trades across its exchange-traded funds on Monday, increasing exposure to Intellia Therapeutics while continuing to pare back holdings in Roblox.
The firm’s ARKK and ARGK funds purchased 169,357 shares of Intellia Therapeutics on Aug. 24, a transaction valued at approximately $2.17 million. The purchase follows an earlier buy of 115,499 shares on the preceding Friday, lifting total ARK ownership in the biotech developer.
ARK simultaneously reduced its position in Roblox, selling 26,199 shares worth about $1.01 million through its ARKK fund. The sale marked the second consecutive week of trimming in the gaming platform, after ARKK disposed of 26,616 shares last Friday and 163,494 shares the prior Thursday. The cumulative reduction in Roblox over the three sessions totaled roughly $3.8 million.
Additional adjustments included a $178,673 purchase of 12,938 shares of Perceptive Capital Solutions by the ARKG fund, continuing a pattern of acquisitions in the biotechnology sector. ARK also reduced its holdings in Brera Holdings, selling 10,661 shares valued at $45,629 across ARKK, ARKW, and ARKF funds, extending a week-long trend of divestment from the company.
