Amplitech posts Q2 earnings miss, revenue below forecasts
Q2 net income falls short by $0.23 per share as revenue declines 8% year-over-year, missing analyst expectations.

Amplitech reported second-quarter earnings that fell short of analyst estimates on Thursday, with adjusted earnings per share missing by $0.23 and revenue declining year-over-year.
The company posted adjusted earnings of $0.47 per share, below the $0.70 per share expected by analysts polled by Refinitiv. Revenue totaled $124.3 million, an 8% decrease from the same period last year and below the $132.1 million consensus forecast.
Amplitech attributed the revenue shortfall to weaker demand in its core markets and supply chain constraints that impacted production schedules. Management noted that while operational costs remained controlled, the decline in top-line performance weighed on profitability.
The company did not provide updated guidance for the full year, citing ongoing macroeconomic uncertainty and volatile market conditions as key factors in its decision. Amplitech’s stock was down 4% in pre-market trading following the release of the results.
Analysts at Jefferies maintained a Hold rating on Amplitech’s shares, citing the earnings miss as a reflection of broader sector headwinds rather than company-specific issues.
