American Resources Corporation said on Tuesday it received a non-compliance notice from Nasdaq after missing deadlines for two quarterly reports.
The Indianapolis-based critical minerals supplier said the notice, issued by Nasdaq’s Listing Qualifications Department, cited a violation of Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) for failing to file its quarterly report for the three months ended March 31, 2026, on time. The company had previously received an extension from Nasdaq to restore compliance by October 15, 2026.
American Resources now plans to amend its compliance plan to include the delayed quarterly report for the period ended June 30, 2026, while retaining the same October 15, 2026 deadline. The firm stated that the notice does not immediately affect its listing or the trading of its common stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
The company operates in the critical mineral supply chain sector and is based in Fishers, Indiana.
