Aegis Logistics posts record Q1 EBITDA, up 184% YoY
Indian logistics firm Aegis Logistics reported a near-tripling of quarterly EBITDA, driven by strong demand in energy and liquid logistics segments.

Indian logistics company Aegis Logistics Ltd. reported a record consolidated EBITDA of ₹5.2 billion for the first quarter of fiscal 2027, an 184% increase year-over-year from ₹1.8 billion in Q1 FY2026. The surge was primarily attributed to higher volumes and improved realisations in its energy and liquid logistics divisions.
The company’s standalone EBITDA rose to ₹4.9 billion, up 196% from ₹1.7 billion in the same period last year. Revenue grew 42% to ₹11.8 billion, compared with ₹8.3 billion in Q1 FY2026, reflecting robust demand across its core business segments.
Aegis Logistics operates in the storage and transportation of liquid chemicals, petroleum products, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). The company’s terminals and pipeline infrastructure support critical supply chains in India’s energy sector.
Management highlighted that the performance was underpinned by strong volume growth in LPG and liquid bulk logistics, as well as cost efficiencies across operations. The company did not provide forward guidance in its preliminary results announcement.
Shares of Aegis Logistics were trading 2.1% higher at ₹235.90 on the National Stock Exchange as of the latest available data, following the results disclosure.
