ActiveOps, a UK-based provider of business process automation software, said on Thursday it had granted share options to Chief Financial Officer Emma Salthouse under its long-term incentive plan.
The company did not disclose the number of options granted or the exercise price. Share-based remuneration is a common component of executive compensation packages in listed companies, designed to align management incentives with shareholder interests.
ActiveOps, listed on London’s AIM market, develops software that helps businesses optimize workforce productivity and operational efficiency. The firm’s shares trade under the ticker ACOP.
A spokesperson for ActiveOps declined to comment beyond the statement issued to the London Stock Exchange.
