USA TODAY Co. Inc. (NYSE: TDAY) announced the appointment of Tim Allen, chief executive officer of digital language-learning company Babbel, to its board of directors.
Allen currently oversees global strategy and operations at Babbel and brings more than 20 years of experience across technology, digital media, and subscription businesses. Prior to joining Babbel, he served as CEO of Care.com and previously held roles at Ask.com, where he was vice president of program management and operations, and at Vimeo, where he was general manager of product management.
