Twenty Mile Metals Inc. said it intends to raise as much as C$2 million through a non‑brokered private placement. The offering would consist of up to 25 million common shares priced at C$0.08 apiece. The company noted that the proceeds would be directed toward general exploration activities and general corporate purposes.
Shares issued in the placement will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day after closing, in line with TSX Venture Exchange policies and applicable securities law. Completion of the financing remains conditional on receiving all required regulatory approvals and securing acceptance from the TSXV, and the company may pay finders’ fees to facilitate the transaction.
