Solidion Technology Insiders Buy Shares Around $7

Insiders at Solidion Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: STI) have purchased shares at prices around $7, according to the company.

Jaymes Winters, chairman and chief executive, bought 984 shares at $7.11 per share, bringing his total holdings to 4,709 shares, representing 0.05% of issued share capital.

Chief financial officer Vlad Prantsevich acquired 1,030 shares at $7.13, raising his total position to 3,455 shares, or 0.04% of outstanding stock.

Board member Karin-Joyce Tjon made the largest purchase, buying 5,000 shares at $7.20 a share. Her stake rose to 17,853 shares, accounting for 0.20% of issued share capital.

Solidion Technology, headquartered in Dallas, manufactures battery materials and components and develops batteries for energy storage systems and electric vehicles. The company operates pilot production facilities in Dayton, Ohio.
