Jyske Bank bought back 51,815 of its own shares during the week of Sept. 7-11 for approximately 56.7 million kroner, according to a regulatory filing.
Transactions were executed as follows: 10,491 shares at an average price of 1,101.07 kroner on Sept. 7; 10,529 shares at 1,093.86 kroner on Sept. 8; 10,954 shares at 1,083.08 kroner on Sept. 9; 10,043 shares at 1,092.87 kroner on Sept. 10; and 9,798 shares at 1,100.41 kroner on Sept. 11. The overall average purchase price across the week stood at 1,094.16 kroner per share.
Cumulatively, the bank has now purchased approximately 1.86 billion kroner worth of shares under its current buyback program, bringing the overall average purchase price to 945.90 kroner per share. Jyske Bank holds 1,968,114 of its own shares following the latest transactions, representing 3.38% of share capital, excluding investments held on behalf of customers and trading inventory.
The repurchase program was announced on Feb. 5, 2026, under company announcement number 11/2026, with a maximum aggregate value of 3 billion kroner. It runs through Jan. 29, 2027, giving the bank roughly another 1.14 billion kroner of capacity under the current mandate.
All transactions were conducted in compliance with EU Commission Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of April 16, 2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation) and EU Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of March 8, 2016.
