Gaming & Leisure Properties Hits 52-Week Low at $41.16

Gaming & Leisure Properties Inc. (GLPI) shares fell to a 52-week low of $41.16, extending a roughly 15% decline over the past year even as the company posted second-quarter 2026 results that met or exceeded expectations.

The operator of gaming and leisure real estate reported adjusted earnings of $0.80 per share for the quarter, aligning with forecasts, while revenue came in at $430.5 million, slightly above the $428.51 million analyst consensus. Adjusted funds from operations grew 10% year over year, and the company announced a 5% increase in its dividend.

Despite the solid operational performance, the stock has struggled to regain momentum. GLPI’s financial health score stands at 3.14 out of 5, rated “Great” by InvestingPro.

At Wall Street, Stifel reiterated its Hold rating on the stock and set a price target of $49.00, maintaining its 2026 AFFO estimate at $4.12 per share — a level implying the current share price trades well below analyst expectations heading into the remainder of the year.
