DPC Holdings Closes $325 Million Debt Refinancing

DPC Holdings (NYSE: DPC) has completed a $325 million unsecured senior revolving credit facility with multi-currency borrowing capability, the company announced on September 8, 2026.

The new credit line carries up to $150 million in uncommitted accordion capacity and runs for three years through September 2029, with an option for DPC to extend the maturity by two additional years at its discretion.

Proceeds from the company's initial public offering and the new refinancing were used to pay down existing debt facilities previously held by Doncasters ahead of the spin-off IPO, which took place on June 26, 2026.

DPC's deal was arranged through a syndicate of six banks. Chief Financial Officer David Egan said the transaction simplifies the company's capital structure and reduces interest commitments.

DPC Holdings manufactures precision cast components and nickel- and cobalt-based superalloys for the aerospace and industrial gas turbine markets. It operates 14 manufacturing facilities across North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Asia. The company is headquartered in St. Helier, Jersey.
