Dow Jones futures dropped in afternoon trading Monday as shares of Nvidia, Micron and Sandisk sold off on a fresh artificial-intelligence concern, with investors also bracing for a widely expected interest-rate increase at the Federal Reserve's meeting later this week.
Nvidia, the world's largest semiconductor maker by market value, led the decline along with Memory-chip producer Micron Technology and flash-storage company Sandisk, all of which face growing scrutiny over valuations tied to AI demand outlooks.
