Bread Financial Renews Credit Partnership With Signet Jewelers

Bread Financial, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio (NYSE:BFH), announced a long-term renewal of its credit services agreement with Signet Jewelers Limited (NYSE:SIG) on Monday.

The deal extends the existing relationship and covers credit programs across Signet’s portfolio of brands. Bread currently provides credit solutions for most of Signet’s U.S. brand roster, which includes KAY Jewelers, Zales, Jared, People's Jewelers, H. Samuel, and Ernest Jones.

Under the renewed agreement, Bread will add credit services for Blue Nile, Signet’s online jewelry retailer, starting this fall. The companies also agreed to focus on technology enhancements, data-driven marketing analytics, and expanded credit capabilities.

Signet operates approximately 2,500 stores under various brand names. The companies did not disclose financial terms of the arrangement.

"Bread Financial's longstanding relationship with Signet is grounded in trust, collaboration and a shared focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences," Dennis McCarthy, executive vice president and chief revenue officer at Bread Financial, said in a statement.

Joan Hilson, chief operating and financial officer of Signet Jewelers, said: "Together, we're helping customers access flexible financing options that make celebrating life's most special moments more attainable."
